About the project

The core of the concept was the idea of CoPilot — the marketer’s second pilot and navigator. The conference was designed as a space for deep immersion into MTC ADS tools and solutions.

We delivered a full production cycle: stage show, comprehensive technical support, venue design, and the setup of coffee stations and bar areas.

To enhance immersion, a racing car was brought to the venue and installed as the key visual symbol of the concept. The event included a full rehearsal, as well as professional photo and video shooting, including drone footage. After the business part, an after-party with karaoke and a bar was organized.

A separate project block was souvenir production: development, ordering and logistics of merchandise from China, branding of disposable tableware, and more.

We also fully handled staff selection and casting — from waiters to hosts — ensuring a unified standard of service and a consistent visual image of the event.
