About the project

We developed an individual stay program for each guest group, taking into account national, cultural, and professional specifics of the audience.

We handled full operational support for the project: selection and booking of hotels, restaurants, and excursion routes, as well as formation of the business and cultural parts of the program.

The team personally inspected all venues to guarantee a high level of service and compliance with the expectations of international guests.

Throughout the entire week we accompanied the delegation 24/7, coordinating movements, meetings, and events, ensuring comfort, accurate timing, and a unified quality standard at every stage of the program.
