Task:
Organize a non-standard format New Year's corporate event. Engage as many guests as possible to actively participate in the event. Select musical accompaniment for the evening in line with the event concept. Organize catering for the event. Prepare a final video in the style of the event concept.

Solution:
The concept of "Immersive Apartment Party" was chosen for the New Year event. To create the atmosphere of an apartment, our team made branded fleece slippers that all guests could wear upon entering. Attributes of a real apartment, such as carpets, lamps, video cameras, armchairs, etc., were used to decorate the venue. Eight actors were invited to conduct an immersive quest. During the quest, event participants were divided into teams. With the help of route maps, guests moved around stations and "met" neighbors in the building, completing various tasks. Throughout the event, there was a buffet line, as well as several food trucks with donuts and hot dogs.
